The second row of seats seems built for the rigors of family duty, and the third row lacks basic amenities even if it is relatively spacious and easy to access. Moving back from the front row, however, upscale features fade. The dashboard layout is stylish too, despite having a somewhat clumsy touchpad-controlled infotainment system.
Indeed, the MDX looks great and is assembled to a high standard of quality. There's no denying that it has three rows, but its luxury attributes are harder to find. Acura calls the MDX a three-row luxury SUV.
